Shipping & returns
Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days after the order is completed. You choose the address that suits you best: home, office, friends or family members, and GO!
Once the order is on its way, you can track it with Canada Post.
For in-store pickup, it takes 3 business days. Identification may be required upon delivery of the package.
If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, you may return your item by mail or in store.
Returns must be made within 15 days of your order date. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It must be labeled and not have been washed or worn. To facilitate your return, please contact us at 450-747-3483 or by email at [email protected].
When the return is accepted, we can exchange the merchandise or offer you a credit note of the same value.
* Defective item: If your item is defective, a full refund will be issued. Every item sold is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
* Final Sale: Sale items, gift certificates, earrings, underwear and pajamas are final sales, with no returns or exchanges possible unless the item is defective.
The cost of shipping your return is at your expense. We recommend that you ship your return via a carrier with a tracking system. We are not responsible for packages not received.
